Refund policy
Returns
As most of our products are custom-made or printed to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
Returns are only accepted if the item has a manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong item due to our error.
If you believe your item is eligible for a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@31designprinting.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item showing the issue.
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled any time before they have been fulfilled or entered into production.
Once an order has been fulfilled, printed, produced, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@31designprinting.com.
Refunds
Refunds are available for:
- Orders cancelled before fulfillment; or
- Approved returns due to manufacturing defects or incorrect items.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
